Refund policy

If you've changed your mind about your order, please contact us ASAP using the form below so that we can cancel and refund your order prior to shipment. If your order has already been processed it can no longer be cancelled.

Custom orders can not be refunded due to the nature of the products.

Our products are all handmade with customized assembly for each order. Thus, we do not accept returns or refunds. If you have an issue with your order, contact us providing your Order # and a description of the issue and we will assess potential refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Please know we are a small business and we will do our best for each customer.
