All orders are shipped from Southeastern Ohio. We currently ship within The United States only.

Local pick up orders are available with no fee!

If you would like a local delivery not at our meetup locations there will be a $2 fee.

Custom products vary on time depending on the order. Most orders are processed within 5 business days. If you have an order you would like to arrive by a special occasion send us a message!

The following are estimated delivery times from the date of shipment via USPS: 

USA: 4-8 business days

Tracking is included for free with all orders (except print-only orders shipped via lettermail.

There is always a chance that factors outside of our control will affect delivery times. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping times at this time.

If you've changed your mind about your order, please contact us ASAP using the form below so that we can cancel and refund your order prior to shipment. If your order has already been processed it can no longer be cancelled. 

Our products are all handmade with customized assembly for each order. Thus, we do not accept returns or refunds. If you have an issue with your order, contact us providing your Order # and a description of the issue and we will assess potential refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Please be mindful of us as a small business.

We will do our best to help locate delayed, missing/lost orders. Unfortunately, once it has been picked up by the carrier it is out of our hands. We are unable to take responsibility for any delays, missing, or lost orders.

If your order is being delayed due to an error in your shipping address, please contact us using the form below and we will contact the shipping company to make the appropriate changes. Please note that at certain steps in the shipping workflow, this may no longer be achievable.
